Powder coating
Powder coating is a modern technology of metal surface finishing which satisfies strict criteria for the environment protection.
Cleansed surface of the treated product is a prerequisite for a high-quality spray application which is provided by sanding and grease removing.
Technology used in our company:
- Rehfus degreasing equipment using phosphatizing
- Tribo painting booth - manual
- Hardening oven (width: 1.4m, height: 2.1m, length: 4m)
Colors used for powder coating:
- polyester-epoxy coatings according to RAL pattern book of color shades
- surface of the color shades may be chosen – we offer gloss, semi-gloss, flat or other structural designs
- quality of the color can be selected according to the customer’s request – for an indoor usage
- used for products exposed to the climatic influences
Delivery date: from 2 to 7 days according to an agreement
Prices:
- coating with a recycled color from 50,-CZK/m²
- metal plates from 90,- CZK/m²
- grate and rugged objects from 200,-CZK/m²
- bicycle frames including sanding from 350,-CZK/piece
- car wheel discs including sanding from 350,-CZK/piece
